Personal Data Processing

By submitting the contact form, an enquiry, or subscribing to the newsletter, you consent to the processing of personal data to the extent and under the conditions below. This document supplements the general privacy policy.

I process only the data you voluntarily provide in the form – usually your name, e-mail, phone, and the content of your message or enquiry.

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Handling the enquiry and communication – pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Sending the newsletter – your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

In connection with the intermediation of financial products, data may be shared with OK KLIENT a.s. (www.okklient.cz), of which I am a tied agent.

4. Duration of processing

I process the data for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, for the newsletter until consent is withdrawn, and further for the period set by law.

5. Voluntariness and withdrawal of consent

Providing the data is voluntary. You may withdraw consent at any time free of charge – kamila.efler@fintg.cz or via the unsubscribe link in every commercial message. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, the right to object, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk.
