Protecting your personal data is a priority for me. This policy describes what personal data I process, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and what rights you have. Processing complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll.

• Identification and contact data – name, surname, e-mail, phone you provide via the contact form or a service enquiry.
• Communication data – the content of messages and enquiries you send.
• Newsletter data – your e-mail address if you subscribe.
• Technical data – cookies and usage data (see the cookie policy).

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Handling your enquiry and communication – pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Sending the newsletter – your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn anytime.
• Compliance with legal obligations – legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Operating and securing the website – legitimate interest in proper functioning.

4. Recipients and transfers

Your personal data may be shared, to the necessary extent, with:

• OK KLIENT a.s., Co. ID: 291 85 114, OR Krajského soudu v Brně, oddíl B, vložka 5944 (www.okklient.cz), of which I am a tied agent, in connection with intermediation of financial products;
• financial institutions and partners whose products you choose, through the said intermediary;
• providers of technical and marketing services (hosting, booking calendar, e-mail delivery) acting as processors;
• public authorities where required by law.

I do not transfer personal data to third countries outside the EU/EEA unless permitted by the GDPR with adequate safeguards.

5. Retention

I keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the given purpose – for the duration of the communication and enquiry, for the validity of consent (until withdrawal for the newsletter), and further as required by law. It is then securely erased or anonymised.

6. Your rights

In relation to the processing you have the right:

• of access to your data and a copy of it;
• to rectification of inaccurate or completion of incomplete data;
• to erasure under the conditions set by the GDPR;
• to restriction of processing;
• to data portability;
• to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing;
• to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

I may update this policy when needed. The current version is always available on this page with the date of the last update.
